I had a major DC voltage problem on a trip in Alabama. I trusted only MOT with my problem. Eric said bring it in and they would work it in, somehow. He did. Doug and Aubrey traced the actual outage to a relay and then traced the cause to a shorted wire near the generator. I am very impressed with everyone's attitude, expertise and tenacity. You guys are who I will count on in the future!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Communication with all employees was great. I appreciate having access to our coach while on the shop floor, and being able to talk to the service technicians. We had an excellent experiences.
Even though it was after closing time, Jason assisted in diagnosing what was causing a leak and had a lead technician, Sanson, work on our coach. What a great guy! Brad, you are a life saver! With 16" of snow in my Golden, CO RV storage lot there was no way I could get in. Parked in front of the house for 2 days and the Colorado snow storm hitting us hard in Denver with more Spring Winter weather coming, I decided to call you due to my Foretravel slide not coming in while in rout to Denver & hung up in Gallup, NM for 4 days. With MOT Keith's help on Mother's Day we managed to order the parts needed and have them shipped in next day delivery. Keith is a Mother's Day Miracle to me. Well, after speaking to you I took your advise and drove the MH to Trans West in Colorado, your former employer. There is where it sits in the hands of, as you said, outstanding RV service Techs. Thank you, Keith & Mel who on Mother's Day alerted Keith to my family being stranded & worked with us for several hours exchanging photos to determine the problem. There is no doubt, MOT lives up to it's slogan - Service is not a passion, it's an obsession. I am proof of that.
