Warranty Information
Country Coach
Country Coach backs each new motorcoach with a robust warranty:
House:
- 12 months/unlimited miles
- Structural Warranty - 5 years/unlimited miles
- Structural coverage applies to the welds on the roof and sidewall steel structure on the Coach.*
- Warranties for components on each coach vary in length of time and coverage, dependent on original manufacturers' warranties.
DynoMax Chassis:
- 2 years/unlimited miles
- Structural Warranty - 5 years/unlimited miles
Mandalay
- A one (1) year, 15,000-mile limited warranty
- A five (5) year, 60,000-mile limited structural warranty.
- Chassis, component part and appliance manufacturers issue limited warranties covering those portions of the vehicle not covered by the limited warranties issued by Mandalay Luxury Division.
Gulf Stream
- A one (1) year warranty under normal use against defects in Gulf Stream materials and/or workmanship in the construction of the recreational vehicle.
- A two (2) year warranty under normal use against structural defects in Gulf Stream materials and/or workmanship in the construction of the floors, walls and roof.
