2. Parts Department - Always willing to help; very accommodating.

We purchased a 2008 Foretravel Nimbus from Joey Ray. The process was seamless and beyond all our expectations. We were able to stay overnight on their lot with power hookups and Wi-Fi Service. The attentiveness of Joey was a comfort and reassuring that everything would be thorough and complete.

We bought our first coach from Joey Ray. He is a super person and told us to feel free to call any time we had a question or trouble. Every last person here treated us with courtesy and respect. Our requests were handled quickly and without complaint. This treatment was not unique to us. At one point we were in the beautiful customer lounge, speaking to a lady recovering from a debilitating medical procedure. As we spoke, a coach was pulled up to the lounge door as close as humanly possible. They went the extra mile to help the couple settle in. This gentle and generous action was that made us think, "WOW! I really want to do business with these people!" These are the kind of people we like; personnel we didn't know and hadn't met knew our names and treated us well. They made everything easy, from financial, to paperwork, to learning the operation of the coach. These are the kind of people you want for you neighbors. Repeated pleasant surprises are the name of the game at Motorhomes of Texas.
