Harvest Chipotle Chili
This chili is full of fall flavor — from the sweet potato to the Granny Smith apples, there's a flavor that will bring everyone back for seconds. Prep time of 30 minutes and cooking time of 25 minutes. Serves up to 8 people. All you need is a food processor and a dutch oven — perfect for your motorhome kitchen!
Spiced Pear Cranberry Cobbler
This dessert has all the sweet fall flavors with pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon, and whipped cream. Prep time of 40 minutes, 1 hour baking time, and 30 minutes to cool. A great one to make at home and bring along in the motorhome fridge.
One Pan Harvest Pasta
The ultimate dish for anyone on the road this fall season. All you need is one pan and 10 ingredients plus a few seasonings. Prep time is 20 minutes, cooking time 14-20 minutes. Perfect for a family of four — it mixes pasta with lots of vegetables in one pan!
Pumpkin Spice Icebox Cake
For all those who live for pumpkin spice everything in October! A simple dessert with less than 10 ingredients and only 20 minutes of hands-on work. Let it chill and enjoy!
Motorhome Fall Decorations
- Pumpkin Sign — Put a pumpkin (or fake pumpkin) outside your door with small black boards, paint, and cordage rope to create a custom fall display.
- Toilet Paper Pumpkins — Take some orange fabric and tuck it into the center of a toilet paper roll. Add cinnamon sticks as branches and stick in some silk leaves.
- Halloween Candy Jar — Made from terra-cotta pots and lids with orange and cream paint. Fill with your favorite Halloween candy!
- Painted Acorns — Bake acorns for a few hours on a baking sheet, then paint them with different colored acrylic paints for a natural fall decoration.
