I have been to their facility in Nacogdoches center three times now and have never in my life seen such a more beautiful facility for an RV center "ever". The staff and facility is absolutely off the charts. My sister bought a gorgeous 2nd owner Newmar Ventana from this lot and from start to finish she was treated like royalty.
What really sold me about this center was two things in particular: (1) Nearly every single coach they have stays plugged in and cooled during the day. I'm not referring to a dozen or so coaches but I would say over 100 of them. When you walk in they are lit up, comfortable and appealing the customer. It takes a HUGE amount of money to power all of these units, but the owners of this center "CARES ABOUT YOU" as a customer. (2) An absolutely stunning service bay center. I have seen aviation /airplane and jet repair centers this clean and professional, but this RV service center is just as pretty. It's just stunning to walk through and see eight or ten RV's, in a brand new air conditioned building, being serviced or remodeled in one way or another.
The salesman we dealt with, Jay Davis, is as class act of a salesman as you will ever find. Extremely knowledgeable about ALL brands of coaches and very honest about the pros and cons of them all. I remember meeting several others but cant seem to remember their names but they ALL deserve the very best in recognition and praise.
I am currently looking one of two coaches they currently have on the lot and will be making my purchase decision soon. If you remember the BUC-EE's stores all over Texas, how clean they are and particularly the bathrooms, well you will find this same quality here at Motorhomes of Texas in Nacogdoches as well. I will be calling Jay David soon and scheduling my purchase choice. I have been quite lengthy in my review but I am all for "credit and praise when it's deserved" and they all earned this write-up. . We have been coming to MOT, from N.C., for our service and remodeling for 8 years. This year we had Keiths team remake our sofa, fix interior trim work, electronics, and more. As always, EVERYONE who worked on our coach was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and the best work ethic. We remained onsite and they were very accommodating as well.We also had our yearly service done. Scotts team was excellent. Our first experience was back in 2015 with the purchase of a Tiffin Allegro Bus. Although that experience was great, this time with our Foretravel exceeded that on all levels. Jeff has been very thorough and detailed in pre-sale, the sale/delivery process, and follow-up for our initial ownership time.

I had stopped in several months ago to look at an Essex that they had received as a consignment but it was not the floorplan we were looking for. We had repair work done on our RV and were very impressed by the professionalism of the staff. The techs really know how the mechanics of RV's work and keep up on the latest technology. Buying my motorhome at MOT was a pleasurable experience. I read the reviews of previous buyers about how well customers are treated ("like family") but remained skeptical. My first positive experience was with Jeff Bowser when I called and expressed an interest in a motorhome. I was surprised that he not only told me the good things about the coach, but also explained the defects in the coach. This was very important to me since I would be traveling a long distance to see the coach first hand and I wanted to make sure I knew as much as possible about the motorhome beforehand so I didn't have any "surprises". My daughter went with me to see the coach and brought her dog. That led to the second pleasant experience at MOT. When we arrived, they invited my daughter to bring her dog inside with her. Ms Terri was incredibly welcoming and gave my daughter's dog treats. I had looked at many other motorhomes and had experienced the "used car salesman" response each time. MOT was much different!! No "what would it take for you to buy today". Jeff simply was available to answer any question I had about the coach as I went through my multi-page checklist. When I completed my review of the motorhome and determined a fair price, I told Jeff what I would like to offer. Again, I was shocked to NOT receive a "that's too low of an offer, give me something to work with" type of response. He told me he would have to check if the offer was acceptable with the seller (the coach was on consignment). He came back and shook my hand and said congratulations you bought a motorhome. The rest was a simple process of Jeff guiding me as I walked through all of the operations of the coach. The motto of MOT treating folks like family is really true, not just a sales gimmick. I guarantee you will leave feeling like you have family at MOT. I will definitely be sending anyone interested in buying a well-built luxury coach to MOT!! Oh, I almost forgot, they also have a great service department that took oil samples for me, at no charge, so I could send them to be analyzed before buying the coach.

We needed an emergency repair on our main slide on our foretravel and Derek got us in on monday morning and out on tuesday afternoon. After being absolutely won over during our purchase in october of this coach we did not hesitate to drive over 19hrs each way to have the crew fix our slide.

My wife and I just made the big move and purchased a preowned 1999. U270. From MOT. I just recently retired from the fire service in 2018 and have been Camping with a pull RV for 10 years now. We started contemplating buying a motorhome three years ago and have been researching on motorhome classafications. We decided that we wanted a class A motorhome but it was overwhelming as to which model. Foretravel kept popping up as a reliable coach so we decided to do a search for one. Motorhomes of Texas kept popping up as the place to go so I made contact with MOT and quickly received a return call from Ben Curtis. I gave Ben the information he needed as far as our budget and length of the coach we were looking for. A few weeks later Ben contacted me about a 1999 U270 that he felt would make a good fit. We took a look at the photos he sent along with the specifications and we proceeded to make arrangement for a showing. We set up the date and time and on arrival we meet up with Ben Curtis who instantly came across very professional and more importantly friendly. Ben proceeded to show us other coaches that were also within our budget and the 1999 U270 that he had suggested. And he was right on it as soon as we saw it we felt like this is it. Ben took the time answering all our questions and made us feel like we were in good hands with him. He came across like he was looking out for us knowing that we were new to the CLass A motorhome world. We proceeded with a test drive with Bens Co worker Jay who also came across very friendly and patient as he explained the steering and controls of the motorhome. I was very intimidated driving the coach but made to feel confortable and confident with jay at my side. We later meet up with Ben and he went over the workings of the motorhome and patiently answered all our questions. After going over the coach with Ben we decided to make the big move and purchased our first and hopefully not our last Class A Motorhome. We were very satisfied with M.R. Curtis on how he took the time to show and go over the workings of the coach and the delivery of our 1999 U270 Foretravel. Motorhomes of Texas will from now on be our to go place for anything that has to do with a Motorhome. I have called Ben with additional questions and he has always quickly returned my calls and assisted me with my questions. Thanks Ben and Jay for making this a pleasant transaction. Scott met my husband and me on the parking lot Saturday morning as we were looking at your inventory. He greeted us with a brilliant, warm smile and asked how he could help us. He was never "pushy", he simply asked a few questions to get an idea of what we were interested in finding. We bought a Foretravel RV from MoT when the catamaran that we were living on burned to the waterline and sank off the coast of North Carolina. We didn't want to return to England immediately so we bought an RV and travelled up to Canada (sort of like America without the "cool") through the Appalachians, then back south to Florida before returning to Texas where these great people sold our RV and Jeep for us while we returned to England for a while. I really cannot imagine a more honest, friendly and dependable bunch of people.

We had looked all over for our first motorhome. Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Alabama, and Georgia. We had just about given up and kept seeing used motorhomes on the MOT website. We would like to thank all the members of the Motorhomes of Texas family for the fantastic customer service we have received over the last 2 months. Our journey began in late July with Jack Yeates as he showed us several coaches that had the potential to become our new home. After shopping around we returned to Motorhome of Texas two weeks later. The weekend prior to our visit a Newmar Essex had come on the lot. Although we were initially looking for a King Aire, Essex was second on our search list. Jack showed us the coach, took us for a test drive and did a walk around showing us how slides, canopies, and levelers worked. We made an offer and began the purchasing process. From the initial purchase offer to the time we drove our new home off the lot we were treated like royalty.The sales team and the new sales service department took care of all our needs and concerns. Our coach was thoroughly inspected and all of the identified issues were addressed.We were able to stay in our coach on-site for a week as the repairs were made. Jack Yates visited us daily to see how things were going and if we needed anything. He even took us out for some driving time as neither one of us had driven a rig of this size. His experience and encouragement was extremely helpful in calming a new full timers anxiety. Thank you, Jack.A special thanks also to Derek and his team who were always very responsive to our requests and questions. Derek went the extra mile on Friday night as we were preparing the rig for an early morning departure. An issue arose with the entry steps not retracting. Derek was walking past the coach on his way home and stopped to ask if everything was okay. Upon noting the steps were stuck in the extended position, he stayed way past closing time to personally resolve the issue. As it turned out, on Saturday morning we were blocked from leaving by a failed motor on the front privacy visor. Fortunately, we were able to leave the coach on the lot for two weeks for repairs while we completed a travel obligation. Everything was in working condition on our return and we departed the MOT parking lot ready to embark on our adventure.And, of course, we can't forget Terri whos smiling face greeted us each morning and made us feel at home. We plan to be full-timers for the next 10 years God willing, and we look forward to a long relationship with Motorhomes of Texas!

Our journey began in late July with Jack Yeates as he showed us several coaches that had the potential to become our new home. After shopping around we returned to Motorhome of Texas two weeks later. The weekend prior to our visit a Newmar Essex had come on the lot. Although we were initially looking for a King Aire, Essex was second on our search list. Jack showed us the coach, took us for a test drive and did a walk around showing us how slides, canopies, and levelers worked. We made an offer and began the purchasing process. From the initial purchase offer to the time we drove our new home off the lot we were treated like royalty.The sales team and the new sales service department took care of all our needs and concerns. Our coach was thoroughly inspected and all of the identified issues were addressed.We were able to stay in our coach on-site for a week as the repairs were made. Jack Yates visited us daily to see how things were going and if we needed anything. He even took us out for some driving time as neither one of us had driven a rig of this size. His experience and encouragement was extremely helpful in calming a new full timers anxiety. Thank you, Jack.A special thanks also to Derek and his team who were always very responsive to our requests and questions. Derek went the extra mile on Friday night as we were preparing the rig for an early morning departure. An issue arose with the entry steps not retracting. Derek was walking past the coach on his way home and stopped to ask if everything was okay. Upon noting the steps were stuck in the extended position, he stayed way past closing time to personally resolve the issue. As it turned out, on Saturday morning we were blocked from leaving by a failed motor on the front privacy visor. Fortunately, we were able to leave the coach on the lot for two weeks for repairs while we completed a travel obligation. Everything was in working condition on our return and we departed the MOT parking lot ready to embark on our adventure.And, of course, we cant forget Terri whos smiling face greeted us each morning and made us feel at home. We plan to be full-timers for the next 10 years God willing, and we look forward to a long relationship with Motorhomes of Texas!

Last Friday evening I tried to start my motor home. When I turned on the ignition I had no power to the instrument panel. I did have coach power and the Silverleaf panel indicated that the engine batteries were up to 12.5 volts. It was raining hard and the coach had gone out of level because of an air leak in the bedroom slide seal. Water was coming in and my bed was soaked. I am up in Wisconsin. On Sat. morning I sent a text message to Eric Barnes and James Johnson explaining my problem. Shortly after that, James responded with some questions regarding various readings and offering some suggestions on how I might resolve this problem. Over the course of the day we sent text messages, pictures, and talked on the phone without getting me started. We continued on Sunday morning to no avail. He was at the shop looking at another coach like mine in an attempt to find the culprit. He even had his son, Robbie, helping him. Around noon he said he was hungry and was going to go get something to eat. He called me on the way and said it had to be one of two things and had me open the grill where the batteries are and check the terminals to see if any were loose. I found two were loose and when I tightened them I got power back and started the coach.In my humble opinion, he went way beyond the normal in the amount of time and energy that most people would have expended in an effort to accommodate me and my problem and to get me up and running. He is a very valuable asset and a credit to your company. This also reflects on all of the employees at MOT.

I would like to relate my experience at MOT for service on April 10th. My original appointment was to have my main slide seal replaced, about a 2 day job I was told. I was lucky to get James Johnson. By the time we were finished I had no less than 15 items on my work order. I kept stressing to James that I needed to be on my way back to Ky. On Sat. That left them 3 days to complete the work. By 9:30 AM the inside was taken apart and the slide was pushed into the coach. One of the people with the slide had to leave and to my surprise James showed up and with his help had the new seal in by noon. Oh I forgot to mention that during this time, there were 3 more working on my list. To make a long story short, they had my coach finished at the end of the day. Eric Barnes went over my safety inspection. What I would call spectacular. I got there by 8:00 the next morning, James had it in the was bay helping wash it. I was on my way by 10:00 am. We bought our coach 5 years ago the first week in April from Mel and Jason the Sales Manager. I comment your choices for General Manager and Sales Manager. You seem quite capable of surrounding yourself with really good people. As an outsider I hope you have plans for James Johnson too. We have been to MOT 3 times since buying our coach, this time will cement our relationship. Thank you very much!

Wow! Thats how I would describe the great experience we had purchasing our new-to-us motorhome from MOT. We have owned four other motorhomes including a custom built and have never experienced the level of professionalism and friendly service from Brad Land, our salesman, to Mike Weaver and David Whitehead in the service department. We purchased our coach and had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on our way home that same day. We were only an hour away from MOT but were still expecting roadside assistance, towing and repair fees. To our surprise, two technicians were sent to our location to get the coach running and drove it back for repairs. Once they got it fixed, we were pleasantly surprised they took care of the repair bill. We cant say enough about our experience at MOT. Mark and I started looking at Foretravels way back in 2010. We have always loved the power, quality, look and feel or a U320. Finally, we decided to upgrade from our 1997 Airstream Land Yacht 33.5 foot gas motorhome to something we could live in. We told him what we were looking for and he called us with the information. After driving out to see the coaches in person- we found that they were not for us. Brad's friendly personality was wonderful. We became instant friends and through our friendly "picking" on each other, he was able to know exactly what we wanted and would tolerate in a used coach. When we saw the 2008 Beaver Contessa, we came up on a Sunday to lay our eyes on it. The exterior was perfect. We talked to Brad on that Sunday (March 12, 2017) and if he wasn't already out of the city, he would have met us at MOT to open up the coach. Monday, Mark drove back to MOT, from Conroe, and signed an intent to buy. We sent the wire transfer Tuesday and came up on Wednesday so I could see the inside and learn all about it. Brad was very through, showing us how to work all the systems. If there was a minor issue, Keith Davis, Blake Land and David Landeros were out in the coach helping us out. Of course, I can't forget Jason Haskins, he was so wonderful throughout the paperwork process. Brad, Thank you for all your hard work and helping us to find our new home so we can travel the USA. Dear David, We go back a long way. I remember bringing my 2003 Foretravel to your shop in 2006 for a complete service and the replacement of the batteries and refrigerator. Since that time Ive bought two coaches from you, had you sell one, and five of my close friends purchased coaches from you. I watched you experience growing pains, struggle with issues at the Foretravel factory after their ownership change, and suffer through the severe downturn in the economy in 08/09 that nearly destroyed the industry. Through it all you have stayed the course, remained true to your mission, and in the process continued to grow and mature your business into what it is today. I know that based upon your willingness to speak of your faith through it all that God has blessed the work of your hands and that of your employees . . . which brings me to the purpose of my letter. Your remodel shop just completed a $25,000 remodel of the 2005 U295 that I bought from you last summer. I came away from the experience impressed beyond words with the head of the remodel department, Keith Davis, and his seamstress, Trina Voeks. Keiths attention to detail is beyond reproach and the way he handles your customers makes him an extremely valuable asset to your team. Keith delegated the responsibility for my project to Trina and I have to tell you David, she is one of the most talented individuals I have ever worked with. She has an incredible gentle spirit and handled my wife and me like she has been doing this for years. I learned from Keith that we were her first assignment in taking our project from conception to completion. Trina took the time to do a computer mock up of our interior, gave us a wide selection of materials to choose from, and made recommendations that gave us a much better product over what the factory origmally produced. And then there is her sewing talent. I have had a lot of upholstery work done by various shops over the years on cars, boats, and airplanes ... and no one I have used tops her talent. She rebuilt the driver and passenger seats, rebuilt the ElkHorn chair and foot stool, rebuilt the sofa, recovered the valances, recovered the dining chairs, made a new bedspread, bedskirt and pillows. Every item she rebuilt is absolutely perfect. On my first trip after completion of the project I drove 600 miles in my rebuilt drivers seat and suffered no fatigue at the end of the long day, a testimony to her work. I could continue by bragging on the service department and how they have worked with me to improve my coach . . . calling me with concerns, making repair suggestions, providing solid cost estimates ... in summary, professional in every way. Mel fits the same mold in the sales department. Wont lie or BS you like most salesmen ... a real credit to your organization.

While all that was being done, Cortney presented us with our MOT Club Members packet and explained the club benefits to us, making us truly feel "part of the MOT family." Also, they were all very accommodating as my wife took various photos. The first night we stayed overnight in the coach on their lot, temperatures dipped to 26 degrees but we were warm and cozy inside listening to the rain and sleet falling upon the roof. We received 5-star treatment from everyone at MOT while we were there. A big thanks also to Judy at the front desk for everything she did to help get us on the road.

We purchased our 2003 Foretravel from Motorhomes of Texas in late March of 2017. Our experience with MoT was way beyond our expectations. We agreed to purchase the motorhome on a Monday having driven to Nacogdoches from San Diego. There were several items that needed to be fixed or replaced before we could take delivery and start our drive home. Our salesperson, Brad Land coordinated the work that was to be done with David Whitehead in the Service Department and he and his technicians went right to work. And continued to work without interruption until all of the work was completed! We were always kept informed of everything that was being done along the way. While waiting for the work to be finished we were treated royally by the MoT personnel. In particular, by Sara Douglas, who made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of cold water. And we really appreciated her excellent restaurant recommendations. We were provided with hookups each evening so that we could stay in the coach at night. Before we took actual delivery we found that the coach had been cleaned inside and out, the holding tanks were dumped and the water and fuel tanks were filled. In addition, sales manager Jason Haskins, went out of his way to see that the coach was registered. As it was currently registered in Canada, this was a tremendous help, something we appreciated even more when we went to register it in California. Given that this was a 13-year-old vehicle, we knew that we would have issues along the way. And we did. But the technical support provided by Aubrey Lee was incredible. He was not only knowledgeable but was always more than willing to work with us in resolving our issues. More companies should provide this kind of support. All in all, our experience with Motorhomes of Texas was superior. We would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a used motorhome. We know that if the time comes for us to look at a newer unit, Motorhomes of Texas will be our first stop. Thank you, MoT for making this such a remarkable experience for us.

What an exciting experience we just had. We made a trip to Nacogdoches in early May to check out a 2004 Foretravel. We had a super salesman in Craig Dorsett. We knew him from the Cruisin Cajuns Rally in Rayne, LA. We went through the motorhome, made a list of things we would like to have repaired or replaced and agreed to purchase the motorhome with a list of things to be done. One item the wife really wanted was to change the booth material to match the material on the new couch and to also replace or extend the table top. We decided the expense was too much and we could do the job ourselves. Craig promised the motorhome would be ready in about a week to 10 days. Unknown to the wife, I called Craig and asked him to go ahead and change the booth material and the table top. Well, that called for more time. The material had to be ordered and then cut and sewed, plus labor on the booth and the table top. This was to be a surprise birthday present for the wife. Craig along with Trina got the surprise taken care of in time, although I had a hard time using excuses not to go pick up the motorhome, so we could work on the booth. Working with Jason to do all the paperwork was a nice experience. They (the staff) suggested we stay overnight to make sure all systems were a go and they worked as they should. That worked out great as we found a couple of items we had missed on the list. They were taken care of very fast and we decided to leave for home in the rain. We got about 35 miles from the dealership and the battery voltage was down to 10 volts. I gave Jason a call and he suggested we return and have the mechanics check out the problem. Now this was less than 1 hour before closing time. He said it didnt matter, they would get it done. Short story, they changed the alternator and found a broken wire. They had to work overtime, but they gotter done. What a team!

Weve been full-timing since 1999, and in 2005 we were in Yuma, Arizona heading east. Well on Memorial Day, a gentleman from California drove out to view the coach we were using and had put up for sale and decided to buy it. He did not want us to take the coach on our big trip east, so we had two weeks to empty out the coach and figure out what we were going to do! My husband immediately got on the internet to look for something for us to call home, and by a stroke of luck we found a motorhome on the Motorhomes of Texas website. Three days later of driving in our car hauling a minimal amount of our belongings with our black lab in the backseat, we arrived in Nacogdoches, Texas. Unfortunately, the motorhome in question was just not up to our standards so we decided to take a look at the inventory of Foretravels David had on his lot. We lucked out and found one, but now we had to hope that our offer would be accepted otherwise we were headed east with a car, trailer, and dog in the back with no place to call home all this two days before my daughters wedding in South Carolina! During the time of negotiations, I started to feel quite ill. I asked David if he knew of a walk-in clinic, and with no hesitation, I mean none at all, David immediately replied, Do not worry, I have a doctor who will see you and I will go call right now. Five minutes later, keys were given to us to drive one of their cars instead of our car and U-Haul, and David escorted us to the doctor who was able to determine what was wrong with me. With all this stress, I believe it just took a toll on me. But through all of this stress, David and everyone at Motorhomes of Texas took care of us as if we were family. We are now proud owners of a 1998 U320 36 Foretravel, and we couldnt be happier. We love our Foretravel and feel it has qualities and workmanship that is in many ways as superior as our sold 45 Prevost Marathon. I just had to share with you how wonderful our experience was with Motorhomes of Texas. They truly are a class act and yet are so helpful and go so far out of their way that the experience in buying a Foretravel is nothing short of wonderful. I would like to acknowledge Seth for the extra effort he gave to help us with our coach. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and we were leaving Motorhomes of Texas with our new coach. The shop and offices were already closed. Stewart had stayed to help us with last minute issues when we discovered our existing electric tail light hookup cable was the wrong size. Steward mentioned that Tractor Supply may have an adapter, so we decided to give that a try. After spending 45 minutes in Tractor Supply looking at different options, we were out of ideas. We were resigning ourselves to spending Thanksgiving at MOT. Seth happened to be in Tractor Supply buying dog food at the same time and recognized us. He heard us discussing the issue with the store salesman and volunteered to help. Seth drove back to MOT and hard wired a new tail light receptacle for us. We finally left MOT at 4pm, but would not have left at all if it had not been for Seth. His effort was above and beyond. Please tell Seth that we really appreciated his help. We are also very pleased with the quality of work by Keith, Trina, and the remodeling team. Thanks for making our new home a beautiful one. For 35 years of being in the RV world, I have had far too many bad experiences with service. Not so with Motorhomes of Texas. From the first phone call to their Service Department, I was greeted by Rei Gilcrease who helped set up an appointment to repair/replace my A/C, then Service Manager Eric Barnes took over and immediately got a replacement unit and scheduled a date for installation. Upon arrival at Motorhomes of Texas, I was given an RV site with electrical hookup by Keith Risch (again with no hassle). The following morning, Clyde Coleman immediately began the installation of the new AC. I was then asked if I had any additional work to add to the existing work order, which I did. Eric Barnes saw to it that all my needs were met and the additional work was done even without them having any prior notice. We were made comfortable and felt secure during our short stay. After returning home, we received a phone call asking if we were satisfied with the work and making sure everything they did was in working order. What a pleasant surprise that was! My older Foretravel developed an electrical problem requiring me to bring it to MOT for repair. I made an appointment to drop it off and leave it the next day. When I arrived, Terri, the service writer, listened to my problems. Mike Rogers began a quick diagnosis. They told me that if I could wait a few hours they could fix it that day so I wouldn't have to leave my coach. Mike worked with Allen in Parts to find a used power cord reel and save me a LOT of money. They both stayed after normal closing hours to get me back on the road. We called Motorhomes of Texas, and Mike said if we could be there by 4 o'clock on Friday, they would take a look at it. We made it by 3:15, and they immediately found the problem. The king throttle control unit bolts had broken off from the intake manifold. They had it fixed by 4 o'clock Monday. We stayed on your lot until after Christmas, and we really appreciated your allowing us to stay there. We also appreciated your willingness to look at it for us on that Friday and have it fixed by Monday. Our repairman Isaac was really very good and careful coming in and out of our coach. I had a major DC voltage problem on a trip in Alabama. I trusted only MOT with my problem. Eric said bring it in and they would work it in, somehow. He did. I would like to acknowledge Seth for the extra effort he gave to help us with our coach. It was the day before Thanksgiving, and we were leaving Motorhomes of Texas with our new coach. The shop and offices were already closed. Stewart had stayed to help us with last minute issues when we discovered our existing electric tail light hookup cable was the wrong size. Steward mentioned that Tractor Supply may have an adapter, so we decided to give that a try. After spending 45 minutes in Tractor Supply looking at different options, we were out of ideas. We were resigning ourselves to spending Thanksgiving at MOT. Seth happened to be in Tractor Supply buying dog food at the same time and recognized us. He heard us discussing the issue with the store salesman and volunteered to help. Seth drove back to MOT and hard wired a new tail light receptacle for us. We finally left MOT at 4pm, but would not have left at all if it had not been for Seth. His effort was above and beyond. Please tell Seth that we really appreciated his help. We are also very pleased with the quality of work by Keith, Trina, and the remodeling team. Thanks for making our new home a beautiful one. We stopped on Thursday Nov. 12th without an appointment to speak with Mike Rodgers about a few issues with our Foretravel coach. Letting us stay in the new lot, he had us stop back on Friday morning. Mike took his time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions. While prepping to leave, we pulled in our big slide and blew a hole in the bladder. MOT fit us into their very tight schedule. Their fast service kept us from being held up for the whole weekend. Keith and James worked past quitting time to get the job done, and Keith actually was following us out the driveway cleaning off the outside of the slide! For 35 years of being in the RV world, I have had far too many bad experiences with service. Not so with Motorhomes of Texas. From the first phone call to their Service Department, I was greeted by Rei Gilcrease who helped set up an appointment to repair/replace my A/C, then Service Manager Eric Barnes took over and immediately got a replacement unit and scheduled a date for installation. Upon arrival at Motorhomes of Texas, I was given an RV site with electrical hookup by Keith Risch (again with no hassle). The following morning, Clyde Coleman immediately began the installation of the new AC. I was then asked if I had any additional work to add to the existing work order, which I did. Eric Barnes saw to it that all my needs were met and the additional work was done even without them having any prior notice. We were made comfortable and felt secure during our short stay. After returning home, we received a phone call asking if we were satisfied with the work and making sure everything they did was in working order. What a pleasant surprise that was! My older Foretravel developed an electrical problem requiring me to bring it to MOT for repair. I made an appointment to drop it off and leave it the next day. When I arrived, Terri, the service writer, listened to my problems. Mike Rogers began a quick diagnosis. They told me that if I could wait a few hours they could fix it that day so I wouldn't have to leave my coach. Mike worked with Allen in Parts to find a used power cord reel and save me a LOT of money. They both stayed after normal closing hours to get me back on the road. We were having a problem keeping hot water and heat from the Oasis burner. We purchased a 03 Foretravel U320 in 2017 from you guys and had the best experience ever! Usually after you purchase something from someplace, the level of service decreases. Not here! We were stranded in Las Vegas after hearing noises and was informed by Las Vegas Freightliner we had slack in our 3rd member. After 3 days of searching, they met with negative results in finding the part needed. We called Mark in parts here and within hours had our part ordered. "I want to bring to your attention the expert help two of your employees have recently provided to me. Both situations happened on weekends. Mike Rogers helped me in early May when one of the air pressure senders on the motorhome failed. I was home, but preparing to travel when the front air pressure gauge on the dash registered "0." Mike talked me through troubleshooting the problem and on how to install the new air pressure sender. He was very knowledgeable and gracious (as always) in helping me with this problem. Keith Risch helped me in early June when I was on the road and lost power and several quarts of oil. I did make it to an RV park, but I was ina resort area with no big truck stops available. He kept me out of "panic mode" and with his expert advice, I was able to get to a repair facility nearby who replaced the failed turbo charger. Both of these employees are very knowledgeable and special. They have always been helpful, but were especially appreciated during these situations. The problems I had may be small to some, but when you are getting ready to travel or are on the road, it is comforting to know that help is just a phone call away. On our last visit, your service department did an engine oil and lube job, the aqua hot and generator were serviced, TV remote serviced and you installed all new shock absorbers. Your facility has expanded each time we have come by. A beautiful expanded customer service lounge and all other areas are bright and clean. Your entire staff is friendly professional and easy to work with while the whole time being very pet friendly. But by far, the whole thing that impressed us the most is that you have brought back that "we're home" feeling when we pull onto your lot. Thank you ever so much.

His friendly and helpful attitude convinced me to drive from Little Rock, Arkansas to have my 2008 Tiffin Allegro Bay serviced in Nacogdoches, Texas. "I just spent a couple of days at MOT in Nac having some repairs, adjustments, and upgrades taken care of. I know I am not alone in lamenting the typical poor customer service we find at so many companies these days, but I was really pleased with the experience I had at MOT. Unlike typical slash-dash service companies, the MOT folks know their products inside and out, they listen (from the techs to the Pres), they work with you, they explain, they dont charge for every little item, they do what they said they would do, and on a very timely, fair, and reasonable cost basis. Meanwhile, during my stay there, I enjoyed broadband internet 24 hours a day, a beautiful waiting room with flat screen TV, cold drinks, and even a loaner car to run some errands. I met some really nice FT owners and shared experiences with them. Truly nice folks at MOT who care and demonstrate the level of outstanding customer service I have found at USAA and Charles Schwab, and very few other companies. And, very importantly, I learned a lot more about the innards of my great motorhome (one-on-one coaching, if you will excuse the pun). Happy travels."

"Anytime I have called with a question or a concern, no matter who I talked with, all my issues have been handled with care and respect (even the slightly dumb questions!). I have always been made to feel like a valued customer, even more, like an individual everyone in the organization cares about. When I talk to other motorhome owners in my travels, I get the feeling this may be somewhat of a unique experience, as I hear a number of horror stories about how people are treated at various maintenance centers and motorhome outlets around the country.
